Harding, Cleveland, Eisenhower, Reagan, Polk… see a pattern, presidents. The Woodhaven Estates Neighborhood in Salem Oregon is easily recognized by the name of the streets which are all presidents. This neighborhood of homes had construction start in the early 2000s.

Woodhaven homes tend to be larger homes than the neighboring subdivision of Deer Ridge. With a private park in its bounds, Woodhaven is an HOA and CC&R neighborhood.
