Real estate in the Royalann Estates Neighborhood

What started with a small manufactured home subdivision blossomed into a more moderate subdivision of homes. Starting in the late 1990’s, local builders Fultz homes and Rothwiler started to build nicer homes in this area. Most of the homes were built in the mid 1990-mid 2000 range, with a variety of upgrades in the homes. Larger lots sizes are a draw, along with the newer construction.

Located in the middle of west Salem, the neighborhood is an easy walk to Harritt Elementary. Although Kalapuya is close by as well, Harritt is the school for this neighborhood. As such, it feeds into Walker Middle School even though Straub is closer.

Most homes in this neighborhood will sell in the4 250,000-$350,000 price range.
