Homes in the Hidden Valley Neighborhood

Developed in the 1970-1980 time frame, Hidden Valley Estates is just that, hidden. It is a small subdivision of homes located on the western edge of West Salem Oregon. Real estate was developed in several phases and there are a handful of homes that were built in the 1990-2000 range in this established neighborhood. This is a very stable neighborhood with very few home sales happening each year. With larger lots and larger well-maintained homes, home buyers tend to stay in this neighborhood for a while.
