Verona Heights Neighborhood
The Verona Heights Neighborhood is a combination of Tuscany Hills and Verona Heights. This subdivision will be just under 300 homes and is partially built at this time. The developer, PNDI is also building many of the homes in there but has some select builders that have also been purchasing lots and building in the area including Noblecrest, Boylan Homes, Banner, and Comfort Homes.
Located off of Davis and Skyline Roads, this subdivision has more higher-end homes with some smaller lots and some lots with great territorial views. There is no HOA in this neighborhood, but there are CC&Rs that guide the development of the neighborhood and some basic requirements such as parking RVs behind fences, etc. The neighborhood is still under construction so there is an opportunity to have a semi-custom home built by the current builders if you are looking to have one built. The neighborhood does have both one and two-story homes so both would blend into the neighborhood well.
Homes in this neighborhood range in price from $650,000-$900,000.
Neighborhood Life
This neighborhood is a hilly neighborhood with streets that curve around. It feeds into Liberty Elementary, Crossler Middle School, and Sprague High School. It has a similar vibe to Holiday Ranch which is also in South Salem. It is a car-dependent neighborhood but it is a short drive to medical offices, grocery stores, restaurants, and a handful of vineyards.
