We know that many of you are used to an instant response.  We do ask for you to give us a few hours to respond before you decide that we are ghosting you. Sometimes we are out showing houses in parts of the counties that don’t have any cell service (yes they do exist) so we can’t respond quickly.  Sometimes we are taking advantage of great weather and the rare off day on the weekend and are at the coast, on the water, or hiking where cell service can be spotty.  Then there is that whole sleeping thing which AI bots don’t need.
