Real estate in the Sunstone Neighborhood

Moonstone, Flairstone, Cobalt… you get the idea. The street names of the Sunstone neighborhood are typically a stone or have a stone type of name. Located in South Salem Oregon, Sunstone is a moderately priced area of homes. The neighborhood was built in the 1990-2000 range with a mix of one and two-story homes. For the most part, the lots are smaller, but some of the larger homes have decent sized yards, and part of the neighborhood backs to a creek.

A Sunstone Neighborhood real estate is fairly popular here due to the great room floor plans that are typically part of the subdivision, as well as, its proximity to I-5 for commuter access. For home buyers that commute south, it is just a minute from Sunstone to the highway. With affordability, solid south Salem schools, and good highway access, Sunstone has some strong neighborhood attributes.
