Homes in the Southern Heights Neighborhood

The Southern Heights Neighborhood is located on Mildred, across the street from Creekside Estates. This neighborhood was built in the mid-2000s for the most part. Lydon was the original developer and builder of the subdivision. That changed during the economic downturn, and there have been several builders in the neighborhood since. As such, there is some variation in floor plans, exterior construction, and finish level.

The neighborhood does have CC&Rs but does not have an HOA. The neighborhood blends into Holder Estates and Wallace Ridge Estates with Bryan Johnston Park across the street from the neighborhood. The neighborhood has easy highway access going from Mildred to south Sunnyside to the Delaney exit. It is also easy access to grocery stores.

There are a lot of hills in the neighborhood so terraced yards or sloped yards are common.
