Silver Hills is a small subdivision of homes that is located in south Salem Oregon. As such homes don’t come up for sale very often.

Well-maintained, nicely designed, and a quiet setting, make this little tucked-away subdivision easy to miss and nice to live in. Built in the mid-1990s this neighborhood has a lot to offer. Good schools, easy commute access, and larger lots make the real estate in their neighborhood desirable.

This neighborhood has CC&Rs, but it is not an HOA neighborhood.
