The Rock Ridge Estates Neighborhood is a high-end subdivision in south Salem Oregon. Located off of Landau, this neighborhood has larger homes, some with views.

There are a variety of builders such as John Hammer, Timbercraft, JR Loney, Massey, Wiggers Construction, et al in this neighborhood so homes have a more custom feel. The neighborhood is hilly. It is about a 3/4 mile trek to Wes Bennett Park and Pringle Elementary School from the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has great highway access with southbound I-5 access about 3 minutes away and northbound access about 5 minutes or so. A good location for north or southbound commuters.
