Homes in the Kashmir Neighborhood

The K streets, Kashmir has a series of streets with difficult names: Kanuku, Khyber, Khartoum… just be glad if you buy a house on Kevin. One look at photos will tell you that the Kashmir neighborhood was developed in the 1970s. Split levels, ranches, and 1970s architecture dominate the neighborhood.

The mature landscaping and fall tree colors make this neighborhood just glow come autumn. Fall colors jump out from the landscaping and make a morning stroll sound so inviting.  There are many large fir trees intermixed with fall colors up and down these streets.

Lots tend to be decent-sized in this neighborhood which is one of the attractions. Not a lot of homes are for sale at any one time, homebuyers buy and stick around for a while in this neighborhood.

The Liberty/Sumpter school district line runs right down the middle of this neighborhood so if the school district is important, double-check the boundary lines.

When they do come up they tend to sell in the $350,000-$500,000 range for the most part.
