Homes in the Holiday Ranch neighborhood

Located on the southern edge of Salem Oregon, the Holiday Ranch Neighborhood is an upscale neighborhood.  It is the neighborhood right next to Creekside and has similar types of homes, but is flatter. One section does back up to greenspace so those homes have very steep slopes with no usable yards. The neighborhood blends into Creekside and the adjacent Fernwood Glen.

There are several local builders that have built in this subdivision including Jess Alway, Comfort Homes, and Stanko. The neighborhood is very car-dependent as it really isn’t close to restaurants or grocery stores. Unlike Creekside, which has an HOA, Holiday Ranch does not have an HOA but does have CC&Rs.

Bryan Johnston Park is close by and can be walked to by winding through Creekside to get there.  If you were interested in a social or golf membership to Creekside Golf Course, it would also be a short walk to get to the pool or golf course from the neighborhood.
