Homes in the Hill Villa Neighborhood

The Hill Villa Neighborhood and Pressler Heights were built mostly in the 1970s-1980s, so many of the homes have a contemporary or modern feel to them. The Shed style contemporary home can be found here with vaulted ceilings, open floor plans, and good natural light.  The homes tend to be larger and there is lush landscaping to offer some privacy to backyards. Homes are generally well-maintained throughout the neighborhood.

Located on a south Salem Oregon hills, some of the homes have nice views of the Cascade Mountain Range… when it peeks out from the clouds. The neighborhood is just a few blocks from the Sunnyslope center where there is a fitness club, a grocery store, and several restaurants to choose from.
