Homes in the Fernwood Glen neighborhood

The Fernwood Glen Neighborhood had its first homes built in 2009 and the final lot was built out in 2014. There were a variety of builders that constructed homes in the neighborhood but most were built by Hayden Homes or Stanko. Almost all of the homes are one-story that are moderately sized from 1500-2100 sq feet.

Bryan Johnston Park is nearby (.75 of a mile) for easy access to a park. The elementary school is 1.5 miles away and the middle school is a half mile away. Due to its proximity to Rees Hill Rd, highway access is much better than you would expect for the location since owners can head south to the UGB and have easy access to the highway via Rees Hill Rd.
