Pringle Creek Community is a sustainable community here in Salem Oregon. The community has a strong focus on green building, with very specific requirements for building a house in this development. Stafford Homes has purchased many lots in the neighborhood and has been building spec. homes for sale. There is an architectural review committee for this neighborhood, as well.

The neighborhood will have a Home Owners Association (HOA). The HOA was just set up and is currently run by the developers.
