Real estate in the Cottonwood Lakes Neighborhood
The Cottonwood Lakes Neighborhood is a Don Lulay Homes newer construction neighborhood in south Salem Oregon. Located at the old Cottonwood golf course, the area was converted into moderately priced homes. All phases of this subdivision have been completed. The neighborhood had several floor plans to choose from and was built by one builder so it has a more uniform look throughout the neighborhood. This is a non-HOA neighborhood but it does have CC&Rs.
Cottonwood Lakes is located near the Salem Golf Club so it is easy to pop into the golf club restaurant for dinner whenever the urge strikes you or to catch a round of golf. Minto Island Growers is nearby to run over to their organic farm stand and grab local produce straight from the farmer. Minto Brown Island Park is just up the street and very close to this neighborhood. The park has many miles of trails and connects to Riverfront Park for an easy bike ride into downtown.
Cottonwood Lakes Neighborhood doesn’t have good highway access, but it does have easy access to downtown off of River Road, as well as, an easy ride into City of Independence.
