Choosing an agent to sell your home can be a difficult decision. Do you choose the nicest person? The one that sells a lot of homes? The one that tells you what you want to hear? This last one isn’t our forte by the way. We tell you what we think you need to do to get the most money for your home.

Here is a map of where our agents have sold homes as seller agents (blue) and buyer agents (red). I know you want to know if we have sold anything in your neighborhood or your city. We are in and out of homes all day long and can probably tell you why one house sold for more than another one. That is the knowledge you can’t get from the internet.
