I moved to Salem with my family in 2002 and have been an agent since 2014. Melina and I have raised both our children here in Salem and we are active in the community. We are big foodies and one of our favorite activities is visiting all the new coffee shops, restaurants, and wineries in the area.
I am a father, an avid cyclist, build model rockets as a hobbyist, and work with my wife Melina to restore and rent old homes in the Salem metro area. I enjoy the carpentry/finish work and the challenge of restoring charm to these old houses. I also am a computer and data geek. On top of doing all the analytics for the company, I developed the back-end for our Salem neighborhood quiz.
My experience restoring run-down homes and being immersed in local real estate data has proven invaluable to my clients regardless of whether they are buying or selling, and regardless if they are interested in fixer homes, new construction or anything in-between. I help my clients identify problems in a home, and determine how much effort any particular issue will require to fix and how much it might cost.

It’s hard to say enough positive about Kyle! My wife and I relocated to Salem earlier this year. Prior to arriving in Salem, he was extremely helpful in assisting with locating a storage unit, offering options for temporary housing, and sharing information about neighborhoods we might enjoy.
When looking at homes Kyle was very helpful in providing constructive criticism to ensure we ended up in a house with “good bone”. Just before closing escrow on our new home, we ran into a problem – the sale of our previous house was delayed for a week. This caused a ripple effect affecting transactions up and downstream.
