The Hidden Creek Estates Neighborhood in Keizer Oregon is an HOA community with common spaces and entry signs. With homes built in the mid-1990 to mid-2000 range, walking paths, and a nearby park, this neighborhood has a lot to offer home buyers. The neighborhood does not have a through street so traffic is just neighborhood traffic into the neighborhood. The streets loop around back into Hidden Creek making for a nice quiet neighborhood experience. It sits adjacent to Country Glen Park which has a large grassy area, playground equipment, and a walking path. The walking path continues along the ditch and has a small bridge going over that takes you into the Wilark Park and Stone Hedge neighborhoods which is where Gubser Elementary school is located.
Located just off River Road, homes are just a few minutes off the highway for easy access for commuters and close to grocery shopping and amenities on River Road. This neighborhood is car-dependent, but the drive to amenities is just a few minutes. It is close to McNary Estates and McNary Golf Course as well so if you are an avid golfer, it is half a mile to the golf course to tee off. The Safeway grocery store is 1.5 miles away, Mommy and Maddy’s is 1.6 miles away, as are Starbucks and other coffee options. Kaiser Permanente is also about 3.5 miles away. The Courthouse Fitness is also just three-tenths of a mile away for easy access. The Keizer club has an outdoor pool which opens in the summer.

The local neighborhood elementary and middle schools are close by and students can cross the bridge over the walking path to get to both schools. The local schools are Gubser Elementary, Whiteaker Middle School, and McNary High School. There is no need to go onto busy streets as kids can wind their way through the neighborhoods to get to school. Kids will have access to Wilark Park, Country Glen Park, and the Gubser Elementary school grounds for play equipment. McNary is 1.5 miles from the neighborhood as well so it is close by for after-school activities.
