Clear Lake Neighborhood
Clear Lake is a series of different real estate subdivisions that sit on the northern edge of Keizer Oregon. From the upscale Meadows neighborhood and the Vineyards to the more moderately priced subdivisions of Highland Place and Waterford to the newer construction at Wheatland Meadows. The biggest attractions of these neighborhoods are the excellent school report cards from Clear Lake Elementary and the well-maintained homes. Clear Lake neighborhood is a common choice for Portland commuters due to the exceptional highway access off Brooklake road.
Real estate development started out in this area in the mid-1990s and is built out at this point in time.
There are some pockets of older subdivisions in Clear Lake, as well as, a manufactured home subdivision where less expensive homes can be found. Some subdivisions have HOA fees and some don’t, so if that is a factor in a home-buying decision take the time to determine if HOA fees are involved. There are two elementary schools that serve Clear Lake: Clear Lake Elementary and Forest Ridge Elementary. Check the school boundaries if the school district is a factor for you as well.

Homes are varied by subdivision, but the median home price in Clear Lake in 2022 was $515,000. Generally, homes sell in the $450,000-550,000 price range in most of Clear Lake. The newer construction is generally in the $550,000-750,000 range.
