For those of you wanting a golf course living community, McNary Estates is that neighborhood in Keizer. With an HOA, CC&Rs, and a public golf course, this is a popular neighborhood due to the well-maintained homes and reasonable greens fees.

Homebuyers looking for upscale neighborhoods should consider Inland ShoresHidden Creek Estates, or the Cedar areas of Keizer. All with CC&Rs and HOAs as well. Inland Shores surrounds Staats Lake which is a private lake for that neighborhood only.  There are a limited number of homes on the lake itself and even fewer one-story homes. When those come on the market, they are in demand as they are a rare property.
