Not too long ago Jim Allhiser, a local Salem Oregon home inspector, did an inspection for a client of mine. The house was an older home and had wall heaters in the house. After you go through a few home inspections, you get to see all of the creative ways that homeowners solve the minor issues that they have with homes.
Now this homeowner had a minor repair that needed to be taken care of and came up with a creative solution.. This repair was not detrimental, but just one I found humorous. Me…I like my wall heat on the gentle cycle. Cotton, permanent press, delicate sheer? How do you like your heat?
