Selling a home and moving can be very stressful. Even when the move is for reasons that make you happy, it is just hard to pack up a house, deal with paperwork for a loan or purchase of a home, and move and unpack.

It is a daunting task.

That’s where we come in. We are here to take a stressful process and make it as smooth as possible. We craft our marketing plan and services based on what buyers want when they look for homes and data about how they look for homes. We handle the complicated things that aren’t easy for you to do so that you can focus on your part: packing yourself up and getting moved.

Prepped.

You are not in this alone.  We do this all the time and have efficient processes to get your home ready for sale.  We can help you with the following:

Setting up estate sales

Getting rid of items for you by selling them, donating, or hauling them off

Presale home inspections

Project management for repairs

Carry the costs to closing for needed updates to the home

Here is a kitchen update that was completed on one of our listings and the contractor was paid at close of escrow.  This garnered more money for the seller.

Staged

We stage homes occupied and vacant.  There are pet considerations that may impact our ability to stage, but most homes will get accessory or full home staging.

We believe so strongly in the importance of staging a home for sale that we pay for it as part of our service.

Sold

We work hard to leave as little an environmental footprint as possible. We do most of our transactions digitally, but we get that some of you still need to sign on real paper. That’s fine too. Selling a home is a big deal and we want you to feel comfortable with the process.

We do weekly check-ins giving you the status of your home sale with any showings, feedback, new marketing, or whatever else has happened that week. If we know it, we want you to know it too.

We give you regular market updates so we can see how the price of your home is compared to the competition. We will help you manage any repairs that come out of repair negotiations as we deal with contractors all day long all year. We have contractors that will bill escrow for repairs too if we need to go that route for a big repair.

We will guide you through the process and keep you updated as we go along.

Once we get an offer, we will go through the offer in detail with you so you understand the documents. We will offer our suggestions on strategy and potential counter offers.  We will monitor the transaction from offer to closing and potentially after closing if there is post-close possession.  We aren’t done with the transaction until you have moved out and everything is settled.

You’re thinking, “Real estate agents are the worst spammers out there. No way, I’m filling out this form.” We won’t spam you. I dislike getting an automated email every day from a business. That’s just irritating. We won’t do that to you. We are reasonable people and will treat you like reasonable people. So feel free to fill out the form and let us know how we can help you.
