Real estate here tends to have larger lots compared to some of the newer construction homes, which gives Foxhaven a lot of appeal. Homes have traditional floor plans which appeal to a lot of home buyers. They often have great room floor plans, bonus rooms, and separate office space making them very functional for many types of home buyers. Foxhaven does sit behind the Costco on Kuebler so depending on how you feel about Costco, this may be a love or hate situation for you.

Homes prices in Foxhaven are generally in $450,000-$650,000 price range with a handful being more and less expensive.

Neighborhood Life

Foxhaven does sit right behind the Costco and Salem Clinic located on Kuebler.  It isn’t a walkable neighborhood to other amenities but those are close by and walkable from the neighborhood.  Foxhaven funnels into Lee Elementary, Judson Middle School, and South Salem High School. It is also part of the South Gateway neighborhood association which is a civic association with the city of Salem and not an HOA. Foxhaven does not have an HOA, nor does it have a separate neighborhood park other than the school grounds.

You may also like Cloud 9 neighborhood if you like Foxhaven, but it doesn’t have the same highway access as Foxhaven, but it is closer to other amenities in South Salem.
