Real estate in the Wagon Road Village Neighborhood
You can’t miss the Wagon Road Village neighborhood. Images of pioneers coming across the US play out with Trail End, Wagon Rim, Coyote, and many other street names reminiscent of a wagon trail. This neighborhood was built after Santana Village which it abuts. Homes were built here in the mid to late 1970s but maintained the same characteristics of one-story homes.
The neighborhood has great access to Cordon Rd for people needing to get north or south to a highway quickly and has close proximity to the Amazon and FedEx Warehouses for a close commute to the Mill Creek Industrial area. This is a car-dependent neighborhood and doesn’t really have anything within walking distance for amenities. It is one of the more affordable neighborhoods in the Salem area and homes generally have good resale here.
