Tierra Junipero Neighborhood (and Terra Serra)
San Francisco, Sierra, San Diego… if you hear a street name that sounds like it belongs in Southern California, then you are probably driving through the Tierra Junipero Neighborhood. Developed in the 1970s, but with new construction lasting into the 1990s, this neighborhood is both mixed with one and two-story traditional-style homes. Many of the homes have mid-sized yards and have been recently updated. The homes are generally well kept and only a handful of homes come up for sale at any time.
