Real estate in Northridge Park Neighborhood

The Northridge Park Neighborhood is one of those areas you don’t realize exists until you go and visit a friend that might live there.  Located south of Lockhaven and west of Chemawa, it doesn’t seem like a nice neighborhood would be back in that spot, but there is a very nice area there.

Driving through shows many one story homes with an occasional second story home popping into view. The homes have very large lots by Salem-Keizer standards and as Keizer is as flat as a pancake, it means usable yard space.  A 1/5 acre lot here is on the smaller side and some lots are closer to 1/3 of an acre.

Homes are generally well maintained, but they are smaller generally ranging in the 1400-1800 sq foot range. This is a neighborhood where homeowners live in homes for a long period of time, so dated homes are common when they come up for sale.

Most homes will sell in the $200,000-$300,000 price range.
