On the Northernmost edge of Salem Oregon is Labish. Most of this area is acreage properties. There is one small subdivision, out in the middle of nowhere called Labish Village.
Built-in the 1950-1970 range before zoning laws were in effect a small area of homes was developed. Labish Village homes are varied in size and architecture. Homebuyers looking to have a more rural feel, but still want some proximity to neighbors might like the Labish area. The neighborhood has excellent highway access and has a very rural feel to the community. It is part of the Salem-Keizer school district and feeds into Keizer schools.
