Daniel Gonzalez, Broker

My greatest joy in life is doting on my family, though golf may be a close second. I am a passionate reader and a life-long learner. I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota and proudly served as an officer in the Oregon National Guard for 5 years. I began my career in communications at Cherriots, the public transportation district for Salem, Keizer, and the surrounding rural communities. I continue to use my intimate knowledge of our cities and bus system to help clients find neighborhoods that work for their specific transportation needs. Some areas lend themselves to a one-car or no-car lifestyle, while others almost require a car for every working adult. I also love discussing alternative forms of transportation for economic and environmental gain.

Having been born and raised in this community, I take great pride in my knowledge of Salem, Keizer, and the surrounding small towns. This knowledge allows me to help my clients find the neighborhood and home that best fits their specific situations. I am well versed in the issues that can arise in both old and new homes which allows me to help my clients make an informed decision about which is best for them.  I advise and negotiate for my clients to give them the best deal possible on what is often the largest single investment of their lives, whether it is buying a new home or selling an old one. Above all, I listen to my clients to ensure that I am constantly working toward making their goals their reality.
