Average Sales price:
Stayton prices have been holding fairly steady for the past couple of years. Compared to the third quarter last year, the average home price increased by 3.8% in 2008.
30 day Absorption Rate/Inventory:
Stayton has a current absorption rate of 7. This places the current Stayton inventory at 9.8 months. If builders keep starts down nice and low, we might continue to see inventories drop in Stayton.
Home Sales Closed:
2007 saw the normal peaks and valleys of the real estate “sales cycle.” This year has did not have any booms in Stayton, just consistent sales.
